All of us are extremely busy at work. We have a lot of tasks and don't know how to systematize our working time. We sometimes begin to tackle with a task, then we shelve it, take another one which seems to us more importunate. This project is followed by a new one and so on. We feel confused and don't know what to do at first and what to do after that.
